2020I have been Isabella’s Greenville SC Studio Child Photographer since she was born. Her mama Brenda had me snort laughing from our very first meeting. Brenda has always wanted to remember every detail from her miracle baby. From her tiny toes to her waterfall ponytail to her silly laugh and beyond. I have been honored to be a part of their journey. Izzy and Brenda have had a rough year. It’s been full of pain and hope all intermingled with joy at being together. I love how these photos represent their solid bond. You get to see them laugh and play and dance and share their joy with the world in such a beautiful way. Brenda gets to see how they adore one another and how much her daughter just glows under her gentle care. They are a pair and together they can face whatever difficulties the world will throw at them. And they do so while bringing their light to the world. I can’t tell you how thankful I am to know these strong women. I am so inspired by their story of overcoming and their hope for the future. It’s not often that I get to do a session with older children, but it’s so special to have older children in the studio where we can capture relationship without the distraction of scenery. Would you like to schedule your own studio session to capture your little one and you just as you are now? Do you need to celebrate their growth and give you both images that will provide you with hope on the tough days? I’d love to hear what you have in mind. I try to make it easy for you with wardrobe provided already as you can see on Izzy and Brenda. Drop me a line and tell me about your dream session by clicking here. I’d love to be your Greenville SC Studio Child Photographer!

2020Are you looking for a mini maternity session in Greer SC? Mini maternity sessions in my Taylors, SC studio include a full wardrobe for you to borrow as wells as dresses for your daughters and shirts for your husband and son. A mini maternity is perfect for getting no-stess images of big siblings individually before the session. I flexibly schedule mini maternity sessions for week night evenings and afternoons (as well as normal daytime slots). You get to select the images that you want most from your session after you see them. And, best of all, if you book your newborn session after your maternity session, I discount your newborn session fee by the cost of the maternity session fee.
Cortney borrowed three gowns from my maternity wardrobe in addition to the cute outfit she wore. It’s so fun being able to play dress up with mamas in the studio. Wardrobe sizing ranges from S-3XL. I pin larger garments to fit you precisely. I hope all my mama’s feel like princesses in this time where everything feels like it doesn’t fit or flatter the way they’d like. I love playing with light during maternity sessions. It’s such a fun way to add drama and highlight emotion in your images. The two images below were taken just a few minutes apart and they tell such different stories about anticipation. The back lighting gives a sweet dreamy effect to their shared looked of joy. While the front lighting highlights the hopes and dreams for their baby girl..

2020I was so excited to see Larisa, Angelo, and Luca for their Greer SC Newborn Photography with Big Brother. You see, just two years prior I had photographed Luca as a newborn. Wasn’t he just the sweetest little baby?
But now Luca is a newly minted two year old. In fact, he turned two three days AFTER his brand new brother Leo was born. Look how much he’s grown!
But. like all two year olds, Luca was a little unsure of how to act in my studio. So to warm him up, I threw posing pillow back and forth while baby brother Leo had a feed. By the time the feed was over, Luca was ready to smile for the crazy click noise my camera was going to make.
Ya’ll this is literally the second image I took this session! So far so good!
Then we posed Luca with Leo. This pose is safest for your newborn (daddy is right out of the frame ready to rescue Leo if Luca moves), but not many two year olds like to be laid down. But Luca asked mama to lay down with him. As you can see in the straight out of the camera shot side by side with the edit, having mama lay down did the trick!
I love this sibling image in my square wood print. Isn’t it perfect?
Luca wasn’t interested in being held during the standing posing, but that was okay, because he stood on my ladder legs and “helped.”
And finally Angelo took Luca out of the studio so we could finish posing Leo. Leo, for his part, was happy to be wrapped tightly all warm and snugly.
But the moment we unwrapped him, he just wanted to be curious and hang out with us. Leo is cute either way.
Are you looking to book a session for Greer SC Newborn Photography with Big Brother or Sister? Worried about how your two year old might behave? I try my best to make this a fun experience for everyone, but especially your two year old. The key is to make them think the session is all about them and to whisk them away as soon as they’re finished. Contact me to today to plan your session.

2020I absolutely adored doing this Floral Princess Cake Smash Photography Greenville SC for baby Kylie. This floaty chiffon dress was sheer perfection for the romantic look we wanted for Kylie’s session.
Kylie’s whole family came to her cake smash and I loved having them there.
Her mom Evelyn specifically asked if she could bring her mama Vilma to the session. Vilma is fighting cancer and I knew having this photos would be a gift for all time.
I also loved interacting with Kylie’s siblings Camila and James. James is outgoing and just content in his own skin. Camila is a shy beauty with a gentle smile. Kylie is so lucky to have older siblings who just dote on her.
I especially loved how this wood print of the three siblings looks. This square shape brings the three siblings into beautiful focus and the wooden edges give the weight and depth of a canvas on the wall.
In between changing, I took this sweet image of Kylie. Ya’ll, baby rolls are divine.
Evelyn had also picked a sweet cake smash dress for Kylie. I loved this pale shade of pink against Kylie’s beautiful skin.
Choosing this rose backdrop Baking Sweet Scents really made this Floral Princess Cake Smash Photography Greenville SC come alive. I also added a paper crown, lace, and a rose to Christine from Baking Sweet Scents semi-naked cake. A semi-naked cake is included with all cake smash sessions.
Kylie picked at her cake but then dramatically shoved it to the side. She’s such a sweet diva.
Are you looking for a timeless princess theme for your precious daughter’s one year cake smash photos? I’d love to be considered! All cake smashes include family images, cake, a simple backdrop set of florals or paper banners, a bubble bath to clean off, and a full studio wardrobe to borrow. I love making your photo session easy! Contact me today to share your vision for your cake smash.

2020If I were to offer Mother’s Day Photo Sessions Greenville SC this is exactly what I would want them to look like. Creamy dreamy whites and lots of snuggles and cuddles leave the focus on the relationships.
This session is actually a six month session for Reagan where grandma tagged along and jumped in the images. Having just lost a parent recently, I know how much image like these mean. Seeing your mama in love with you as a child or seeing your mama love on your babies is a precious gift. I never say no to requests for grandparents to join a session.
Time is fleeting. Hold onto these moments and these joys just a little bit longer. Make them into art. Treasure the beauty of relationships with all their quirks.
As with any session in the studio, I always let the children lead. Children are people too. They need to move and play and enjoy themselves. They have their own wonderful thoughts and opinions. Want to jump on the bed? Sure!
Do you need to snuggle in imprecise poses? Excellent! Let’s just capture you as your are in your full innocent uninhibited beauty. Do you think tummy time with your sister would be fun? Let’s try it and watch some magic unfold. Children’s ideas are sometimes better than mine!
I also have a play corner for big kids who just need a break. The Little People Zoo was well loved during this session. Especially when we were focusing on Reagan.Isn’t she just the sweetest baby? She too needed a break mid-session for a nursing snack, but that just left time to get to know these wonderful women a bit more. Are you looking to book a Mother’s Day Photo Sessions Greenville SC to capture all the mothers in your life? Or maybe a baby milestone with a grandma or two? I would adore having you in the studio. Click here to tell me all about your perfect session.
